TDS2000
TDS2000 is a fully-integrated sheet of light scanner designed for industrial scanning applications and is a member of Hermary’s Amadeus Intelligent Machine Vision Architecture. The flagship 3D scanner offers more than twice the scan rate of the previous generation and outputs 85% more data points at 67% higher resolution, perfect for most industrial applications in 3D measurement, object inspection, feature recognition, and process optimization.
The versatility and potential of TDS2000 can be maximized through the Amadeus Intelligent Machine Vision Architecture, which builds on the IEEE 1588 Precision Time Protocol (PTP). This synchronization engine ensures all Amadeus devices in the same domain, such as a TDS2000 scanner, are synchronized to ± 10 ns. The scanner should be used with MVS208, which provides Power over Ethernet (PoE) and Precision Time Protocol (PTP), simplifying cabling, maintenance, and system setup.
